HR Advisor - TR-54413

Our candidate is a bright, friendly, and personable HR Assistant now looking to progress into an HR Advisor role. A graduate with first class honours in Psychology, she is also studying CIPD Level 5 with an estimated completion in July 2023. Currently working directly under a HR Director providing HR Support for an organisation of around 70 employees. She has been responsible for Employee Relations, dealing with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absences reviews and mediation. She is also the first point of contact for employees welfare and wellbeing, initially talking to the employees to understand the issues at hand, then putting in place actions and solutions.
