Job Title: Business Support Assistant / Paralegal
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Location: Solihull
Salary: £23,500 per annum

Duties include:
Business Support Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients in a warm and professional manner.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly by supporting with day-to-day operations and facilities management.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, scanning documents, and general office administration.
- Handling client identification and document verification for new and existing clients.
- Taking on Fire Marshal and First Aider responsibilities to contribute to a safe working environment.
Paralegal Support Responsibilities:
- Engaging with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a professional and efficient manner.
- Handling new client enquiries, ensuring accurate information is captured to help generate business.
- Assisting with various Private Client legal matters, supporting fee earners with administrative tasks.
- Drafting and sending correspondence, emails, and legal documents.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or professional services (legal experience is beneficial but not essential).
- A friendly and approachable personality, with excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to adapt to internal systems.
