Job Title: Project Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 35hrs, Monday – Friday (flexibility available)
Location: Warwick, Hybrid once trained
Salary: Circa £27,000 per annum

They are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join their team and support multiple ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is perfect for someone who has strong administrative, problem-solving and organisation skills, as you will bring structure to fast-moving projects.
Duties include:
- Project Coordination & Administration – Provide comprehensive support to Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Site Managers, ensuring smooth project operations from planning to completion. This includes ordering materials, scheduling workers, processing purchase orders, and maintaining project documentation.
- Process and Workflow Management – Develop and implement policies, procedures, and structured workflows, ensuring projects run efficiently. Track project milestones, timelines, and potential risks, alerting management to any issues.
- Finance and Budget Support – Assist the finance team with budget forecasting, invoicing, and expense tracking, ensuring financial accuracy and efficient resource allocation.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement – Act as the main point of contact between teams, facilitating smooth communication. Collaborate on stakeholder presentations and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting – Track and evaluate team and project performance, compiling key reports and identifying areas for improvement. Provide updates to the wider business regarding scheduling conflicts, resource availability, and project status.
- Safety and Compliance Support – Work closely with the Safety Manager to ensure adherence to safety regulations and assist with compliance-related tasks.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience within a construction or project-based environment (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management software would be a bonus.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and technical drawings is highly desirable.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A great communicator.
