Job Title: PA / Coordinator

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, 35 hours per week

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a PA/Coordinator to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director with three successful businesses. This role is extremely varied and non-conventional, offering a mix of PA duties, business coordination, project management, and general problem-solving. No two days will be the same! The right candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and ready to offer multi-faceted support to both the MD and the wider businesses.
Based in beautiful rural surroundings, this role is ideal for an animal and nature lover – and if you have a dog, they are welcome to join you in the office!
Duties include:
- PA duties, supporting the MD in both professional and personal tasks.
- Building management, overseeing 10 tenants in the office premises.
- Marketing administration, including social media management.
- Project management across various business initiatives.
- Facilities administration.
- Handling unique and unusual tasks that require creative problem-solving skills.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong initiative and ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to embrace a varied and non-traditional PA/Coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- A great sense of humour and the ability to not take life too seriously.
- Must be an animal and nature lover.
- Due to the location of the office, the successful candidate needs to have access to their own vehicle.
